IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, and

with the approval of the Court, that Defendant shall have a second extension of time of 10 days

to file her responsive brief. Defendant respectfully requests this extension of time because of a
25
very heavy workload, including three other district court briefs due this week, and a recently
26
completed district court hearing that required a significant amount of preparation time.
