WARDEN OF KERN VALLEY STATE PRISON, 16 (ECF No. 19) Defendant. 17 TWENTY-ONE (21) DAY DEADLINE 18 19 20 Plaintiff Antwoine Bealer, a state prisoner, is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in 21 this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 22 On March 14, 2018, the Court found that Plaintiff’s complaint failed to state a cognizable 23 claim for relief, and granted plaintiff thirty days to file an amended complaint addressing the 24 deficiencies identified by the Court. (ECF No. 19.) More than thirty days have passed, and 25 Plaintiff has not complied with or otherwise responded to the order. 26 Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that within twenty-one (21) days from the date 27 of service of this order, Plaintiff shall show cause in writing why the action should not be 28 dismissed.
