Plaintiff Ofelia Aguilar filed this action on September 27, 2017, challenging the denial of

14 Social Security benefits. On April 20, 2018, the parties filed a stipulation to dismiss this action
15 with prejudice with each party to bear its own fees, costs, and expenses. (ECF No. 12.) In light
16 of the stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii);
17 Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with
18 prejudice and without an award of costs or attorney fees.

Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that:

The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to CLOSE the file in this case and adjust
the docket to reflect voluntary dismissal of this action pursuant to Rule 41(a); and

All pending dates and matters are VACATED.
