On April 20, 2018, the parties filed a stipulation to dismiss this action 15 with prejudice with each party to bear its own fees, costs, and expenses. (ECF No. 12.) In light 16 of the stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); 17 Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with 18 prejudice and without an award of costs or attorney fees. 19 Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: 20 1.
