On June 4, 2019, Valerie Francesconi filed a motion for attorney’s fees and expenses pursuant

to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). (Doc. 23) To date, the Commissioner has not
19
filed a response to Plaintiff’s motion. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS:

The Commissioner SHALL file an opposition to the motion, or a notice of nonopposition, no later than July 9, 2019; and
2.
Any brief in reply SHALL be filed no later than July 16, 2019.
