On September 4, 2019, Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. Although Plaintiff’s

motion was served at the address of record, the Court has updated Plaintiff’s address as reflected on

his motion for appointment of counsel filed in November 2018, and Defendants shall re-serve a copy
22
of their motion at his new address within ten (10) days from the date of service of this order.
