Petitioner is a prisoner proceeding pro se in a habeas corpus action pursuant to

28 U.S.C. § 2254. On October 27, 2017, Petitioner filed an application to proceed in

19

forma pauperis. However, Petitioner also paid the filing fee for this action on October 27,

20

2017. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner's application to proceed in

21

forma pauperis is DISREGARDED as moot.
