After reviewing the stipulation and considering the 26 arguments made therein, the Court finds good cause to enlarge the length of the memoranda for 27 Defendants CDE and Torlakson and Plaintiffs. Accordingly, Defendants CDE and Torlakson may file 28 /// Case No. 1:17-CV-01507-LJO-BAM 1 Order 1 a 35-page memorandum in support of their motion to dismiss, Plaintiffs may file a 35-page opposition 2 thereto, and Defendants CDE and Torlakson may file a 20-page reply. 3 4 5 IT IS SO ORDERED.
