Thurston 18 19 Defendant. 20 21 22 23 24 25 TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD: 26 Plaintiff SARA CARRANZA (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant FORD MOTOR 27 COMPANY (“Defendant”), by and through their respective counsel of record, have 28 entered into a stipulation for entry of an Order by the Court regarding Plaintiff’s -1ORDER ON STIPULATION 1 2 3 attorney’s fees, costs and expenses. THE PARTIES HAVE STIPULATED TO THE ENTRY OF AN ORDER AS FOLLOWS: 4 (1) That Defendant shall pay the sum of $21,750.00 in attorney fees, costs 5 and expenses in a check made payable to the Knight Law Group and 6 Plaintiff hereby agrees to accept said payment in full satisfaction of all 7 claims for attorney’s fees, costs and expenses in connection with this 8 action. 9 (2) That Defendant shall pay the sum of $21,750.00 to Plaintiff within 60 10 days of February 15, 2023. 11 12 13 PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED. 14 15 Dated: February 28, 2023 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 -2ORDER ON STIPULATION
