Pursuant to the Scheduling Order in the above-referenced matter (Doc. 5, p. 4:18-20), IT
IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, that Plaintiff

shall have a second extension, in the amount of fourteen (14) days, to serve and file her Opening
Brief. Plaintiff’s counsel makes this request due to a relocation of both her business office and

personal residence. Plaintiff’s Opening Brief shall be filed on or before August 31, 2018. All

corresponding briefing deadlines are modified accordingly.
