SECTION 405(g) SENTENCE FOUR (Doc. 17) 21 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between ROSEMARY TAYLOR (Plaintiff) and 22 NANCY A. BERRYHILL, Acting Commissioner Of Social Security (Defendant), through their 23 respective counsel of record, that this action be remanded for further administrative action 24 pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. section 405(g), 25 sentence four. 26 On remand, the Appeals Council will remand the case to an administrative law judge 27 (ALJ) for a new decision. The Appeals Council will instruct the ALJ to reevaluate the medical 28 opinion evidence. The Appeals Council will instruct the ALJ to take further action, as STIPULATION FOR REMAND 1 CASE NO. 1:17-cv-01634-SKO 1 2 3 4 warranted, to complete the administrative record and resolve the above issues.
