ORDER FOR CLERK TO CLOSE CASE 18 19 20 21 22 Christopher Lipsey, Jr. (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 23 pauperis with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a 24 United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 25 On November 5, 2019, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that 26 this case be dismissed based on Plaintiff’s failure to state a claim upon which relief may be 27 granted under §1983. (ECF No. 33.) On November 18, 2019, Plaintiff filed objections to the 28 findings and recommendations. (ECF No. 34.) 1 1 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, this 2 court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
