continue the Rule 26 Conference by thirty days (30) days to ensure Defendants do not
intend on appearing. Specifically, Village Gas N Mart, Inc., was served on February
2nd, 2018, and Pavilion Land Company LLC was served February 2nd, 2018. (Doc.

No. 5 and 6). Regardless, both Defendants have failed to Answer. Plaintiff intends on

filing a Motion for Entry of Default if Defendants do not appear shortly.
