Plaintiff has not paid the $400.00 filing fee, or submitted 14 an application to proceed in forma pauperis on the appropriate form pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. 15 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 16 1. 17 pauperis; 18 2. The Clerk’s Office shall send to Plaintiff a form for application to proceed in forma Within thirty (30) days of the date of service of this order, Plaintiff shall submit the 19 completed and signed application to proceed in forma pauperis, or in the alternative, pay the $400.00 20 filing fee for this action; and 21 22 3.
