(Doc. 24) The stipulation 18 relies upon Fed.R.Civ.P. 41, which permits the plaintiff to dismiss an action without a court order 19 “by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.” Fed. R. Civ. P. 20 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Because all parties who have appeared in the action signed the stipulation (Doc. 21 79), it “automatically terminate[d] the action.” Wilson v.
