On July 18, 2019, the Court 19 held an Initial Scheduling Conference (“Conference”). Plaintiff telephonically appeared on his 20 own behalf. Counsel Derrek Lee telephonically appeared on behalf of Defendants. 21 For the reasons stated on the record at the Conference, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff’s further compliance1 with the initial disclosures requirement (ECF No. 22 19) is waived. 23 2. Plaintiff’s requests for appointment of counsel (ECF Nos. 29, 30, & 43) are 24 25 denied without prejudice. 26 3.
