On May 24, 2018, Plaintiff filed a notice of conditional settlement informing the Court

17 that the parties have reached settlement resolving this action. On July 10, 2018, the Court
18 granted the parties’ request for additional time to file dispositive documents. Dispositional
19 documents were due on or before August 10, 2018. On August 9, 2018, the parties filed a
20 request for one more thirty-day extension of time to file dispositional documents.
Finding good cause, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file dispositional
21
22 documents within thirty days of the date of entry of this order.
