The current Scheduling Conference 20 was set for May 8, 2018 based on Plaintiff’s Complaint being filed on January 30, 2018. 21 Defendant Dragados/Flatiron filed a Motion to Dismiss on March 9, 2018 and it is set for hearing 22 on April 10, 2018.
