On July 12, 2018, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Dismissal,1 in which Plaintiff notifies the

Court of the dismissal of this action without prejudice. (Doc. 6.) Plaintiff filed this notice before
20
the opposing parties served either an answer or a motion for summary judgment. As such,
21
Plaintiff has voluntarily dismissed this matter without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil
22
Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). The Court therefore DIRECTS the Clerk to close this case.
