ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTIVE RELIEF (ECF No. 16.) 17 18 19 Luis Renteria (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in 20 this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States 21 Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 22 On June 27, 2018, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that 23 plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunctive relief, filed on June 8, 2018, be denied. (ECF No. 24 17.) 25 recommendations. 26 recommendations upon Plaintiff at his new address, which allowed Plaintiff fourteen more days 27 in which to file objections. (ECF No. 20.) The time for filing objections has now expired, and 28 Plaintiff has not filed objections or responded otherwise to the findings and recommendations. Plaintiff was granted fourteen days in which to file objections to the findings and (Id.)
