(ECF NO. 58) 14 15 16 17 Jerry Dillingham (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On July 18, 2019, Plaintiff filed a motion for administrative relief. (ECF No. 58). In 18 light of the upcoming settlement conference, Plaintiff asks for an expedited ruling on his 19 motion for leave to amend, and for an expedited screening of his amended complaint.1 20 21 Plaintiff’s motion is DENIED. The Court will rule on Plaintiff’s motion to amend, and if necessary, screen his complaint, in due course. 22 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED.
