On October 29, 2018, Plaintiff filed the present action seeking review of the
17 Commissioner’s denial of an application for benefits. (ECF No. 1.) On July 10, 2019, pursuant
18 to the parties’ stipulation for voluntary remand pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the Court entered
19 judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant. (ECF Nos. 19, 20.) On October 8, 2019,
20 the parties filed a stipulation for the award of attorney’s fees in the amount of $6,318.00 pursuant
21 to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), without prejudice to the rights of counsel to seek
22 attorney’s fees under 42 U.S.C. § 406, subject to the offset provisions of the EAJA. (ECF No.
23 21.)

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to the stipulation of the parties,
