Plaintiff Mark Hunt is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action
pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

On June 25, 2020, Magistrate Judge Barbara A. McAuliffe conducted a settlement case in this

case, and the case did not settle. Accordingly, the stay imposed on March 9, 2020, is VACATED, and

22

the Clerk of Court shall issue the Discovery and Scheduling Order.
