Plaintiff Rodney Jerome Womack is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil

rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
Following resolution of Defendant’s motion to compel further responses to interrogatories
19

(see Docs. 91 & 94), discovery has closed, and dispositive motions remain to be filed and
21
resolved prior to any trial setting proceedings.1
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that any dispositive motions SHALL be filed
22
23
no later than August 12, 2024.
