On September 16, 2022, the parties filed their fourth joint stipulation to modify the
17
scheduling order. (ECF No. 71). The parties ask the Court to extend the expert discovery
18
deadlines because “[t]he parties have not yet received the transcript from Plaintiff’s deposition,”
19
and “[t]hey wish to give their experts the opportunity to review the transcript before finalizing
20
expert reports.” (Id. at 2).

Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties (ECF No. 71), and finding good causes exists, the
22
Court will modify the Scheduling Order (ECF No. 36, as modified by ECF Nos. 52, 62, 64, & 69).
