On May 6, 2022, Plaintiff filed a motion for an incompetent’s compromise. (ECF No.

18 24.) The matter was not set for hearing. The Court shall set the matter for hearing at least 35
19 days from the date of the filing for the issuance of findings and recommendations by the assigned
20 Magistrate Judge pursuant to the standing order in light of judicial and the Local Rules. (See
21 ECF No. 5-2 at 3; L.R. 202(b)(2); L.R. 230(b).)
