On June 4, 2024, the parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing this action with prejudice under

Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and with each party bearing its own costs and attorneys’ fees (except as
19
otherwise provided in the settlement agreement between the parties). (ECF No. 124).

In light of the parties’ stipulation, this action has been terminated and dismissed with prejudice
21
and without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees (except as otherwise provided in the settlement
22
agreement between the parties). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case.
