Plaintiff 21 does not oppose the request, and it does not appear either party would be prejudiced by the delay. 22 Accordingly, the Court ORDERS: The extension of time (Doc. 19) is GRANTED; and the 23 Commissioner SHALL file a response to Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment no later than 24 October 24, 2021. 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
