Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with this civil rights
action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.

On November 12, 2020, plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. Due

20

to the fact that the court granted plaintiff’s previous application to proceed in forma pauperis in

21

the present case on October 21, 2020, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT plaintiff’s application

22

of November 12, 2020, is DISREGARDED AS MOOT.
