On November 18, 2021, a stipulation was filed dismissing this action with prejudice with the

16 issue of costs and fees resolved through the parties’ settlement agreement. (ECF No. 10.) In light
17 of the stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii);
18 Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice
19 and without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees.
Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is HEREBY DIRECTED to assign a district judge to
20
21 this case for the purpose of closing the case and then to adjust the docket to reflect voluntary
22 dismissal of this action pursuant to Rule 41(a).
