(ECF No. 1.) On January 10, 2022, the parties filed 20 a stipulation agreeing to a voluntary remand of this matter pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for 21 further administrative proceedings. (ECF No. 18.) The parties further request that the Clerk of 22 the Court be directed to enter a final judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant, 23 reversing the final decision of the Commissioner. (Id.) The Court finds good cause exists to 24 grant the parties’ stipulated request. 25 / / / 26 / / / 27 / / / 28 / / / 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1.
