Gilmore (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 14 pauperis with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the Complaint 15 commencing this action on April 14, 2021. (ECF No. 1.) 16 On January 26, 2022, Plaintiff filed a motion to bring forth evidence. (ECF No. 7.) The 17 document is unsigned. All filings submitted to the court must bear the signature of the filing 18 party. Local Rule 131; Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a).
