Plaintiff Michael Leon Watts is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42
14 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
15 § 636(b)(1)(B) and Eastern District of California Local Rule 302.

On June 16, 2021, findings and recommendation were entered, recommending that Plaintiff
17 be denied leave to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) and be required to pay the
18 $402.00 filing fee in full for this action. Doc. No. 20. Plaintiff has not filed objections and the time
19 to do so has now passed.

In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Eastern District of
21 California Local Rule 304, this Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully
22 reviewed the entire file, the Court concludes that the findings and recommendation are supported
23 by the record and proper analysis.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
