Plaintiff Joel Olvera is a state inmate proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil
18
rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate
19
Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302.
On October 7, 2021, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations
20
21
to dismiss this case without prejudice because plaintiff had failed to prosecute this case and
22
comply with court orders. (Doc. No. 12.) Plaintiff was given fourteen days to file any objections.
23
To date, plaintiff has not filed any objections, and the time to do so has since expired.
In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 304, this

court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the
26
court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and proper analysis.
