The 28 Appeals Council will instruct the ALJ to take further action, as warranted, to complete the Stipulation to Remand; Order 1:21-cv-01562-SKO 1 1 administrative record and resolve any issues. The parties further request that the Court direct the 2 Clerk of the Court to enter a final judgment in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant, 3 reversing the final decision of the Commissioner. 4 5 6 This stipulation constitutes a remand under the fourth sentence of Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
