Pending is the Parties’ Stipulation to Transfer Venue of this Action filed November 15,

2021. (Doc. No. 4). The Parties seek to have this action transferred from this Court to the United

20

States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, Central Division, where four similar cases

21

are pending before the Honorable Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger because it is in the convenience of

22

the parties and witnesses and is in the interests of justice. (Id. at 4). The Court finds transfer is

23

proper. 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a); 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b)(1).

ACCORDINGLY, it is ORDERED:

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404 (a) the Court transfers this action to United States

District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, Central Division.

The Clerk of Court shall forward all filings in this action to the Clerk of Court for

case in this Court.
