Joann Davis Longcor (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the
18 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying an application for disability
19 benefits pursuant to the Social Security Act. (ECF No. 1.) On November 17, 2022, the parties
20 filed a stipulation agreeing to a voluntary remand of this matter pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g)
21 for further administrative proceedings.
(ECF No. 14.)
Pursuant to the stipulation, the
22 Commissioner will offer Plaintiff the opportunity for a hearing, further develop the record as
23 necessary, and consider all pertinent issues de novo, including, but not limited to, further
24 evaluating the persuasiveness of the prior administrative medical findings and medical opinions
25 consistent 20 C.F.R. 404.1520c, reevaluating the severity of Plaintiff’s mental impairments, and
26 revaluating Plaintiff’s residual functional capacity. (Id.) The parties request that the Clerk of the
27 Court be directed to enter a final judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant, reversing
28 the final decision of the Commissioner. (Id.) The Court finds good cause exists to grant the

1 parties’ stipulated request.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

The above-captioned action be remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security
for further proceedings consistent with the terms of the stipulation for remand;

2.

Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Joann Davis Longcor and against
Defendant Commissioner of Social Security; and

3.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this action.
