Following screening of 21 Plaintiff’s first amended complaint (Doc. 26), this action proceeds only against Defendant Henry 22 Aguna for retaliation in violation of the First Amendment (Doc. 29). 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Aguna SHALL file a 24 responsive pleading no later than twenty-one (21) days from the date of service of this order. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 27 28 Dated: December 5, 2023 ___________________ _ UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
