ORDER 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or submitted a request to proceed in forma 19 pauperis. In the complaint, plaintiff alleges violations of his civil rights by defendants while he 20 was incarcerated at California State Prison, Corcoran (CSP-COR). (ECF No. 1 at 3.) The alleged 21 violations took place at CSP-COR, located in Kings County, which is part of the Fresno Division 22 of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. See Local Rule 120(d). Pursuant to Local Rule 120(f), a civil action which has not been commenced in the proper 23 24 division of a court may, on the court’s own motion, be transferred to the proper division of the 25 court. Therefore, this action will be transferred to the Fresno Division of the court. 26 //// 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 2 1.
