Plaintiff Jose Trujillo (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action on August 12, 2022. The initial
18 scheduling conference is currently set for January 26, 2023. (ECF No. 18.) On January 19,
19 2023, the parties filed a stipulated request to continue the scheduling conference so that they may
20 conserve resources and continue further settlement negotiations. (ECF No. 19.) The Court finds
21 good cause to grant the stipulated request.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
