Hendrik Block (“Plaintiff”) filed this action alleging violation of the Americans with

18 Disabilities Act. (ECF No. 1.) On January 6, 2023, the Clerk of the Court entered default
19 against Defendant. (ECF No. 6.) On January 13, 2023, a stipulation was filed to set aside the
20 default against Defendant. (ECF No. 8.)
Accordingly, pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that

22 the default entered on January 6, 2023, (ECF No. 6), is SET ASIDE.
