On December 22, 2023, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 21 22 which contained notice to the parties that any objections to the findings and recommendations 23 were to be filed within fourteen days. The time to file objection has passed, and neither party 24 filed objections. The Court reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be supported 25 26 by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. 27 /// 28 /// 1 1 2 3 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The findings and recommendations filed on December 22, 2023 (ECF No. 16) are ADOPTED IN FULL; 4 2. Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgement (ECF No. 10) is GRANTED; 5 3. The Commissioner’s cross-motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 12) is 6 DENIED; 7 4. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgement in favor of Plaintiff; and 8 5.
