(Doc. 83). The Court has reviewed the parties’ pleadings and 26 finds good cause to amend the stipulated judgment, particularly in amending the stipulated 27 disbursements as requested herein. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e). Accordingly, the stipulated 28 judgment is AMENDED as set forth below (amendments underlined): ORDER AMENDING STIPULATED JUDGMENT 1 IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREEED, upon good cause appearing, 2 that Judgment is hereby entered as follows: 3 a. 58% of the gross proceeds to the Lim Defendants. 4 b. 42% of the gross proceeds to the Aung Defendants. 5 AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that: 6 The Clerk of the Court shall issue checks from the amount currently on deposit as follows: 7 a.
