Pending before the Court is the stipulated request to amend the stipulated judgment (Doc.
21 81) of Defendants BiBi Lim, Celestine Lim, Venancio Lim, Willie Lim, and Winston Lim,
22 including their successors, heirs, estates, agents, legal counsel, executors, insurers, administers,
23 and assigns (“Lim Defendants”) and Defendants Tiffany Aung, Crystal Aung, and Kyi Aung, as
24 Personal Representative of the Estate of Caroline Lim (“Aung Defendants”) (collectively, the
25 “Parties”), filed on March 3, 2025. (Doc. 83). The Court has reviewed the parties’ pleadings and
26 finds good cause to amend the stipulated judgment, particularly in amending the stipulated
27 disbursements as requested herein.
See Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e).
Accordingly, the stipulated
28 judgment is AMENDED as set forth below (amendments underlined):
ORDER AMENDING STIPULATED JUDGMENT

IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREEED, upon good cause appearing,
2 that Judgment is hereby entered as follows:

a. 58% of the gross proceeds to the Lim Defendants.
4
b. 42% of the gross proceeds to the Aung Defendants.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that:
