Currently before the Court is Plaintiffs Froilan Barnachera Balaoing and Diamantina

Brittany Balaoing’s (“Plaintiffs”) motion to remand filed on May 12, 2023. (ECF No. 4.) This
20
matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and
21
Local Rule 302.
On June 28, 2023, the assigned Magistrate Judge entered findings and recommendations,
22
23
recommending that Plaintiff’s motion be denied.
