On November 10, 2023, Plaintiffs filed a “Notice of Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice,”
19
in which Plaintiffs notify the Court that this case is voluntarily dismissed with prejudice as to
20
defendant Experian Information Solutions, Inc. (Doc. 14). Plaintiffs filed this notice before the
21
opposing parties served either an answer or a motion for summary judgment. As such, Plaintiffs
22
have voluntarily dismissed this matter with respect to Experian Information Solutions, Inc. only
23
with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court
24
therefore DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to close this case.
