(Doc. 21 at 2.) Accordingly, the Court ORDERS: 20 1. The parties’ joint motion for attorney’s fees (Doc. 21) is GRANTED. 21 2. Subject to the terms of the parties’ stipulation, Plaintiff is AWARDED fees and expenses in the amount of $7,000.00 under 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). 22 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 Dated: January 25, 2025 26 27 28 1 Michelle King became the Acting Commissioner of Social Security on January 20, 2025. Pursuant to Rule 25(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court substitutes Michelle King as the defendant in this action.
