The parties have consented to the jurisdiction of 20 the United States magistrate judge and this matter has been reassigned to the undersigned for 21 all purposes. (ECF Nos. 8, 9, 10.) On September 23, 2024, a stipulation for voluntary remand 22 was filed in this action. (ECF No. 22.)
