Alexandra Katherine Esquivel (“Plaintiff”) filed this action on March 26, 2024

challenging the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security’s final decision denying
19
her application for Social Security Benefits. The parties have consented to the jurisdiction of
20
the United States magistrate judge and this matter has been reassigned to the undersigned for
21
all purposes. (ECF Nos. 8, 9, 10.) On September 23, 2024, a stipulation for voluntary remand
22
was filed in this action. (ECF No. 22.)
Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation to remand this action pursuant to Sentence Four of
23

42 U.S.C. § 405(g), IT IS ORDERED that:
