On December 20, 2024, the parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing this action with
17
prejudice.1 (ECF No. 19). In light of the parties’ stipulation, this action has been terminated, Fed.
18
R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), and has been dismissed with prejudice. Pursuant to the parties’
19
stipulation, “the Court [will] continue to retain jurisdiction over the terms of the [p]arties’
20
settlement agreement.” (Id. at 2).
Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to terminate any and all pending dates,
21
22
deadlines, and motions and to thereafter close this case.
