(Doc. 16.) Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, the final 22 decision of the Commissioner is reversed, and upon remand the administrative law judge shall “further 23 develop the record as necessary[] and issue anew decision.” (Id. at 1-2.) In addition, the parties agree 24 that judgment should be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against the Commissioner. (Id.) 25 Based upon the terms of the stipulation, the Court ORDERS: 26 1. of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). 27 28 The matter is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings under sentence four 2. Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment (Doc. 12) is terminated as MOOT. 1 1 3.
