This is Plaintiff’s first request for an extension of time. Plaintiff respectfully states that

the requested extension is necessary due several merit briefs being due on the same week. For

Leland Dudek became the Acting Commissioner of Social Security on February 19, 2025. Pursuant to Rule 25(d)
of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Carolyn Colvin should be substituted for Leland Dudek as the defendant in
this suit. No further action need be taken to continue this suit by reason of the last sentence of section 205(g) of the
Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).

the weeks of March 10, 2025 and March 17, 2025, Plaintiff’s Counsel has fifteen Merit Briefs

due. Counsel requires additional time to brief the issues thoroughly for the Court’s consideration.

Defendant does not oppose the requested extension. Counsel apologizes to the Defendant and

Court for any inconvenience this may cause.
