T his payment to be made within 60 days of 2/20/2024. Defendant Plumas County is also ORDERED to pay Plaintiffs' counsel a total of $72,500.00 for the attorneys' fees and costs in this case to be incurred between 2/14/2024 and 12/31/2025. This payment to be made 30 days after Plaintiff's counsel's second inspection of the newly constructed Plumas County Jail facility or on 12/31/2025, whichever comes earlier. (Spichka, K.)

This payment shall be made within sixty days of February 20, 2024; and 22 2. Defendant Plumas County shall pay Plaintiffs’ counsel a total of $72,500.00 for the 23 attorneys’ fees and costs in this case to be incurred between February 1, 2024 and 24 December 31, 2025.
